PS: all the pictures in this website are made by me, so it’s something real! 😉
Let’s start with some basic information: my house is located in Castiadas, one of the most beautiful areas of Sardinia. To give you a geographical reference, it is in the South-East, just past the city of Villasimius.
If you’ve never visited this area, I can assure you it’s among the most beautiful. You’re about 30-40 minutes from Cagliari, making it incredibly easy to get here by plane and rental car. This area is less crowded compared to the northern coast and still preserves the original values not tainted by mass tourism.

My house in short: 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen with open space living room, patio, and garden lounge.
The house is cool, airy, and surrounded by nature (each room has air conditioning). Just a few minutes from the beaches.
It can accommodate 7 adults + 1 infant/child (under 5 years).
Total area 270 sqm, garden with internal parking, barbecue area, and outdoor shower. Fast Starlink internet available as an additional service.
You can book the house through Airbnb or directly here by contacting me and asking for a customized quote.

For food lovers
Sardinian cuisine features unique flavors and ingredients, such as roasted suckling pig, culurgiones (potato and cheese filled pasta), seadas (fried pastry filled with cheese and drizzled with honey), and mirto (a local liqueur made from myrtle berries).
How to reach Sardinia
Exploring the remote and rural areas of Sardinia can be challenging without a car. Although buses and trains are available, they may have limited routes and frequencies. Renting a car is highly recommended to enjoy the flexibility and freedom to travel at your own pace.
Best time to visit
Sardinia is a year-round destination with something for everyone. The summer months of June to September are ideal for beach lovers, while spring and fall offer pleasant weather for outdoor activities. Winter is a great time to visit for cultural events and festivals.
